What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

The team's size will be approximately 10 to 12 people.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

The shop hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No Weekends.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Diagnostic tools include ISTA, Xentry, and many others for troubleshooting, Sho-Ware for Shop-System software, and Hunter for tires, alignment, and balancing.

What type of break room facility is provided?

It is spotless and bright with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, snacks, and coffee and drinks.

How many bays does your shop have?

Twenty Bays and two additional bays for performance or other work.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

250 to 350

What is your parts ordering process?

Our parts manager will help you with your digital input via a shop-software system.

What is your policy on side work?

No poaching is acceptable or tolerated.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

Yes, we offer fully paid skills training and require two sessions per calendar year.

A biannual review is scheduled to review your performance. You will be rewarded accordingly based on your achievement and completion of your goals.

What type of safety training is required?

Just an initial introductory one, and as new equipment is accumulated, new safety training processes will be shared with everyone.

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Younger techs can be a part of the team, helping everyone, and hopefully, the senior techs have the patience to teach the younger ones. Everyone needs a mentor, at any age and status of their lives.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Occasional involvement with local colleges and other community drives.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Yes, with the community colleges.

Interview discussion includes general conversation about the candidate's background, skill set, and getting to know them. We also do a shop tour

We perform a background check and a personality check.

We feel that the proof of one's capabilities will speak volumes. Skill set's are discussed in the interview process

Usually within two working days.

It takes approximately three to four days for the decision.

A Level Technician Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00/year ($38.46 - $62.50/hr)

This position is for a European technician with at least five years of experience who can troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and driveability issues; can manage his or her time during the day, and is capable of using a work management system to record and communicate via mobile devices with the service consultants. It requires mandatory training of a minimum of two courses per year and is recommended that he or she works well with the rest of the team.

B Level Technician Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00/year ($28.85 - $38.46/hr)

This position is for a European technician with more than three years of experience who can troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and driveability issues, manage his or her time during the day, and use a work management system to record and communicate via mobile devices with the service consultants. It requires mandatory training of at least two courses per year, and it is recommended that he or she works well with the rest of the team.

C Level Technician Pay Range: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00/year ($23.08 - $28.85/hr)

This position is for a technician with less than three years of experience who is willing to learn to improve his or her knowledge with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and driveability issues, manage his or her time during the day, and using a work management system to record and communicate via mobile devices with the service consultants. It requires mandatory training of at least two courses per year, and it is recommended that he or she works well with the rest of the team.
