8:00am-6:00pm (Monday-Friday) Hour Lunch

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Diagnostic equipment, major equipment, some hand tools provided, we will help provide tools to new techs with a tool program we provide

What type of break room facility is provided?

Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table, chairs

How many repair orders do you average per month?

400+

What is your parts ordering process?

Managers order all parts for the technicians. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to complete repairs

What is your policy on side work?

Employee can work on their own personal and family vehicles

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We're always looking for opportunities for our technicians to advance their skill sets. This will be paid for by the company

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

There's always room for growth for the right employee. Working hard, and showing interest in moving into different positions is something we will look to accommodate

Can you describe your performance review process?

After 90 days, and then around every six months, also as needed. Discussion includes what the tech does well, where they can improve, and how can we help

What type of safety training is required?

No formal safety training

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Experienced technicians will be available to answer questions, and work side by side through repairs when time permits

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We sponsor one to two festivals per year, as well as local sports teams and foundations

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We work with a local trade school. We provide a spot for them to get a start and advance their careers

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

Prefer in-person interviews. We will accommodate if needed

What do your in-person interviews entail?

One of the managers will take part in the interview. Discussion includes the candidate's background, certifications, skill set, career path, and getting to know the candidate

Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

No

Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

We may bring a tech in for a day or two to make sure they like the position and fit our team. A lot of the assessment is done through the interview process

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

There are times that hires will be made on the spot, at most a couple of days

Service Advisor Pay Range: $32.00 - $75.00/year

Depending on experience and time in service

A Level Technician Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00/hour

Pay is dependant on background, certifications, skill set, and tools

B Level Technician Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00/year

Pay is dependant on background, certifications, skill set, and tools

C Level Technician Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00/year

Pay is dependant on background, certifications, skill set, and tools

Student Tech / Apprentice Pay Range: $10.00 - $14.00/hour

Hourly pay based on interview and references

Lube Technician Pay Range: $10.00 - $15.00/hour
