Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

Yes the facility is completely climate controlled.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

It depends, current team sizes range from 5-20 team members.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday - Saturday. All of our Techs work a three day work week.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

We provide all the necessary tools besides basic hand tools.

What type of break room facility is provided?

State of the art break room, with two kitchens including 4 refrigerators, plus 2 65" TV's to watch during breaks.

How many bays does your shop have?

Currently 30+, but have plans to eventually have over 100.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

Our goal is to eventually recondition 50-60k cars per year.

What is your parts ordering process?

We have an onsite parts department that handles all of the part orders.

What is your policy on side work?

Permitted, with supervisor approval.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

Everything in the facility is brand new, including all the lifts, equipment, and furnishings. We our Techs NBA' style lockers and have showers installed in the restrooms for the Techs.

Yes, technicians well inspect a vehicle that has already been inspected by one of our technicians.

Detailer Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00/year

This is base salary only and does not include any performance bonuses.

A Level Technician Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00/year

B Level Technician Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00/year

This is base salary only and does not include any performance bonuses.

C Level Technician Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00/year

This is base salary only and does not include any performance bonuses.

Collision Painter Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00/year

This is base salary only and does not include any performance bonuses.
