Yes, it's online at any of our websites and takes3 to 5 minutes to complete.

Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

Yes to determine if applicant meets our requirements .

What do your in-person interviews entail?

We discuss their work history and performance using their application as a guide. We determine if the applicant meets our requirements and if they will fit the culture of organization. We then show the applicant their work area. Applicants are interviewed by 2 managers.

Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?

We perform background checks and drug screening for everyone's protection.

Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?

We ask performance based questions during the interview and also ask for any training or performance documentation.

After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?

We will contact them within 24 - 48 hours.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $60,000 - $130,000/year

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000/year

C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $40,000 - $80,000/year

C Level Service Technician Responsibilities WE NEED YOU!!!!!! Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership. Lube Technician
Lube Technicians are entry level technicians that focus on routine maintenance such as oil changes, changing tires, and inspections.
Pay Range: $31,200 - $35,360/year ($15.00 - $17.00/hr)

POSITION STARTS AT $15 PER HOUR!!!!! Responsibilities Test to check systems and components are secure and working properly. Isolate the systems or components that might have caused the problem. Drive the vehicle for testing purposes and inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary. Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation, clean and lubricate fittings as needed. Install a new oil drain plug and new oil filter and communicate oil levels to teammates. Maintain efficiency and accuracy in servicing vehicles. Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage. Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks. Qualifications General understanding of automobiles and speedy service abilities Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment High School Diploma or GED (required) One year in a service department preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Service Advisor
Service Advisors are primarily customer focused and, as one of the faces of the shop, they are critical in keeping customers happy. Service Advisors are frequently focused on taking customer calls, relaying information to technicians, and selling repair jobs. Both technical and sales experience are helpful for this position.
Pay Range: $40,000 - $150,000/year

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. Distribute work between technicians efficiently. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards. Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary. Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department. Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards. Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
