Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

Yes! Working as a Driver Merchandiser Assistant, you work alongside a CDL-A Driver Merchandiser. This is great experience delivering and merchandising our products to put you on the path to becoming a CDL-A Driver Merchandiser yourself. Additionally, we have an internal CDL-A development program for current ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages associates who want to transition from their current role to becoming a CDL-A Driver Merchandiser. The training is free and allows employees the opportunity for higher earning potential and career growth. Additionally, under certain circumstances, employees may be eligible for tuition reimbursement through our Educational Assistance Program.
