Service Advisor
Audi is seeking talented individuals who are interested in providing excellent customer service and working on a variety of cool brands. We offer room for advancement and an unmatched work environment.
As a Service Advisor, You Will:
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Let customers who are waiting for repairs know, with some degree of accuracy, the wait time that will be required and keep them updated
- Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical issues determined after diagnostics have been completed
- Provide estimates of labor and parts; if cost or repair cannot be determined at drop off, leave open and contact customer later for approval
What You Bring:
- At least 18 with a valid Driver’s License and a reasonably clean driving record
- Preferred to have 2 years of experience in a dealership or similar industry
