Service Advisor
Service Advisor is needed for a leading Mount Horeb shop!

Helwig Auto Clinic is proud to serve Mount Horeb, Madison, and the surrounding south-central Wisconsin area as a full-service independent auto, light truck, SUV, and hybrid vehicle repair and maintenance facility. We service domestic and import vehicles including exotic and classic vehicles.
Excellent service is a priority for us and we need a Service Advisor to maintain the highest level of customer experience. To do so, the Service Advisor works as the liaison between the technician and the customer to ensure that customers fully understand repairs and recommendations, have clear expectations, and feel well-informed and taken care of throughout the process.
As a Service Advisor at Helwig's, you will:
Work closely with Automotive Technicians to understand and document recommended repairs.
Explain the recommendations to clients, answer questions, and get approval to perform work.
Quote and present all preventative and suggested work as appropriate.
Maintain a positive client experience with each visit.
Build lasting client relationships that encourage return customers and referrals.
Successful candidates will have:
2-3 years of successful experience in a Service Advisor or Service Writer role.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Strong sales skills.
The ability to understand repairs and technician recommendations and thoroughly explain them to customers.
