Service BDC representative
The Customer Service BDC Consultant utilizes their selling ability, computer skills, courteous phone manner and positive attitude to get clients in the door.
Required Duties Include
Handling Heavy Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, email and text messaging follow-up with a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Good Communication skills
• Friendly, welcoming
• Answer all incoming phone calls, emails and test messages according to script and schedule an appointment.
• Making outbound phone calls, emails and test messages
• Log all Customer comments.
• Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for Service.
• Confirm scheduled appointments.
• Reschedule no-show Customer appointments.
• Schedule future contact as needed.
• Update Customer changes in database.
• Respond to Customer website requests.
• Contact Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule an appointment.
• Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline.
• Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
• Assist with other duties, as assigned.
