 Pay Scale:  $17.00 - $22.00  flag hour on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Complete necessary repairs for assigned vehicles in a timely matter
• Ensure safety and industry standards are met in all jobs assigned
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
• Meet quality control checkpoints
• Coordinate effectively with Recon Coordinator
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check

Requirements:

• One year of reconditioning technician experience with dealership, independent shop, or franchise
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check
• Communicates effectively with others
• Must have your own tools
• Must be able to work independently and as part of service team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
• Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop as needed
