Grow and develop a career in the automotive industry with Durango Motor Company! New growth in our service department means that we are looking for a Tire Technician to join our team. 

Starting Pay Scale: $16.00- $19.00/ hour paid weekly on Fridays. 

Schedule: Full time, 40 hour work with two assigned days off per week. 

Career Development: This an entry level position that offers career paths into the main shop, apprenticeships, and service writing. 

Responsibilities:

• Complete service as documented on repair order in a timely matter
• Remove and replace tires as indicated by advisors 
• Use tire machine safely and efficiency
• Meet quality control checkpoints
• Perform other duties as needed 
• Coordinate effectively with Service Managers
• Maintain clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• One year of automotive technician experience with dealership, independent shop or franchise preferred
• Must be 18 years or older to operate machinery
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions and reliable transportation
• Communicates effectively with others
• Must be able to work independently and as part of service team
