What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary contact for our service customers, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service activities.
- Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs, providing clear and transparent explanations.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and customer communications.
