ABRA Glass Technician

Pay Scale: $16.00-$18.00/hour or flat rate pay plan depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Install windshields and auto glass in our shop
- Calibrate vehicle electronics using different types of software
- Repair chips and other glass damage
- Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with a job well done
- Communicate with the receptionist and manager of any progress/issues related to each job
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installations
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
