Automotive Service Technician - Flat Rate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform repairs specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Test drive customer vehicles to diagnose driveability concerns, and ensure quality of repairs
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, etc.
- Work directly with the Service Advisor to ensure our guests’ vehicle maintenance needs are communicated effectively
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (Candidate results are considered to be “passing” when they coincide with company policies and standards)
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
