Customer Service - Part Time
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our front-end team. This position will not start until March, 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls regarding various services and tire sales
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with various services and tire sales
- Hand-off/Transfer calls to appropriate team members, take messages, etc.
- Schedule services for customers, order products as needed, create work orders
- Receive inventory paperwork into the accounting system as needed
- Occasional local driving may be required for parts or tires pick up
- Take in-house online training to develop proficient knowledge of our services
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience – General (Hospitality, call-center, etc.)
- Previous auto/truck shop customer service, service writer, or technician experience helpful
- Driver’s License
- Willingness to shadow various shop and service activities to gain knowledge of our industry
- Positive attitude
- Reliable & flexible
Pay Structure:
- Starting range of $18 to $20/hour, commensurate with experience
- Potential for commission-based bonuses, after developmental period
Hours:
- Weekdays, 3-5 days/week (will vary with the season) 20-30+ hours/week
