Reverse Job Posts allow you to fill out a quick questionnaire about yourself and what you’re looking for in a shop. It’s then posted anonymously (no name, contact information, or current/past employers). Shops browse through the anonymous posts and can reach out to you with job opportunities. You still remain anonymous and can message back and forth in the app as needed. This lets you ask specific questions prior to going in for an interview. If you’re interested, you can unveil your contact information and move forward with the shop on next steps. The whole process lets you find a great place to work without dealing with recruiters or having to scan through hundreds of job posts that all look the same.
