Day 1

	Ideas For Improving Technician Compensation & Benefits Packages (Even For Shops That Think They Can’t Afford It) Are you making sure your shop is competitive and offering benefits technicians really care about? In this roundtable, we will discuss ways to get creative with benefits, evaluate your door rate, and create an attractive compensation package that will make technician recruiting and retention a lot easier.
