As a manager of over 25 employees, I consider various factors that affect their lives. We offer a four-day workweek and the option for employees to work on their days off. With this in mind, it's essential to maintain adequate shop coverage to serve our customers while also allowing our employees the time to enjoy their lives. We aim to help our employees achieve their personal and professional goals. At Tom Wood employees are just as important as our customers are.
