YES! How does 72 degrees year-round sound to you! :-) We have 40 Bays with Rotary in-ground lifts, high ceiling & bay lighting, state-of-the-art facility with equipment from many leading manufacturers like Hunter, Pro-Cut, & Toyota Approved Dealer Equipment
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
Over 40 technicians and 14 Service Advisors (3 are Advisor Team Leaders). 3 Diagnostic Specialists / Technician Team Leaders, 1 TXM (Toyota Express Maintenance) Team Leader, Shop Foreman, Service Lane Manager, huge valet / support team
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm Saturday 7am to 4pm 5 day work week
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All Toyota Special Tools, Hunter on-car brake lathes, Hunter tire balances & changers, Hunter Alignment equipment. Laptops for Master technicians, many iPads to take videos of customer vehicles to show recommendations, CDK Service to perform paperless Multi-Point Inspection & professional estimates that you can email or text, and Desktop PC's in every bay
What type of break room facility is provided?
(2) Air-Conditioned break rooms with TV's, refrigerators, tables, chairs, vending machines,
How many bays does your shop have?
40 including two Hunter Hawk-Eye Alignment Machines
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Over 4,000
What is your parts ordering process?
Parts delivered directly to you bay anyone? Our fantastic parts team will deliver your parts right to your bay so you can stay productive and quote any job for you electronically via CDK Service (our software platform). If we've sold it in the last 12 months, we stock it, period. If we don't have a part you need, simply order it by 3pm and have it delivered to our dealership from Jacksonville, Florida (Southeast Toyota's Parts Distribution Center) by 6am the following morning!
What is your policy on side work?
All employee owned vehicles may be worked on in our shop providing there is an open repair order signed by service management.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
12 Toyota Master Technicians (7 being Toyota Master Diagnostic) that help mentor all entry levels technicians. We have a wonderful culture of helping each other and promote from within. 50% of Leith employees have been with the company more than 5 years / 25% more than 10 years!
