Automotive Service Technician (Toyota Maintenance or Certified) - Experienced The General Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. S/he will oversee the work of any apprentice technician assigned to him/her. An individual’s attitude affects customers, co-workers and job performance. Therefore the position requires that an employee maintain a positive, progressive, cooperative attitude each day with an ultimate focus on customer satisfaction. The General Service Technician must read, understand, and ensure consistent, strict adherence to company policies contained in the employee handbook. S/he must also ensure compliance with all state, local and federal law and regulations.
