Service Advisor
Automotive Service Advisor (Experienced or Entry Level) - Entry Level must have 3+ years of customer service / retail / hospitality experience
The Service Advisor is the dealership’s first line customer relations and service sale representative. The position encompasses many areas of customer satisfaction including but not limited to greeting customers in the service lane, answering incoming service calls, setting reservations, service reception and write-up, selling service and repair work, making follow-up calls, active delivery of the vehicle back to the customer, etc. The position requires the thorough and accurate completion of all paper work and administrative duties. The Service Advisor will coordinate with other service advisors and group/team leaders to ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and all associated paperwork is handled properly and in a timely manner. An individual's attitude affects customers, co-workers and job performance. An individual's attitude affects customers, co-workers and job performance. Therefore the position requires that an employee maintain a positive, progressive, cooperative attitude each day, with an ultimate focus on customer satisfaction.
