Under The Hood

Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?

Our shop is heated and air conditioned. The temperature is kept at 72 degrees year round.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

Our shop is designed to work as a complete team that compliments each individuals strengths. These groups are designed to assist each other when needed.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

The service department is open Monday thru Friday from 7:30am-6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am-4:00pm Full line techs work Monday - Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm. No Saturdays Maintenance and Entry level techs are from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday and work every other Saturday from 8:00am-4:00pm.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

We have over $300k in Audi specialty tools.

What type of break room facility is provided?

The break room has 2 tables, 8 chairs, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator and water cooler.

How many bays does your shop have?

Currently we have 18 bays. 16 in ground lifts, 2 alignment racks and 2 wash bays. We are getting a reface in October that will add 2 in ground lifts for a total of 20 technician bays and 4 exterior wash bays.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

We average 800 repair orders per month. Currently we have a several week waiting list of clients scheduling appointments. With additional technicians we could easily accommodate 1000 repair orders per month.

What is your parts ordering process?

Majority of our parts are shipped over night.

What is your policy on side work?

Technicians are able to work on their immediate family members vehicles.

We have a very strong team that works very well together. If you are willing to be part of a team this would be the place for you!!!
