All Nissan required tools on hand along with brake machine, strut compressing machine, tire machine and balancer, machine press, engine hoist, transmission jacks, Mitchell Pro Demand, emission scan tools, Air Conditioning machine, transmission and coolant flush machines, etc.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Open break room: fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven. Changing Room: individual private assigned lockers
How many bays does your shop have?
7 total bays ( 2 lube bays, 1 alignment rack, 4 main lifts)
How many repair orders do you average per month?
650+
What is your parts ordering process?
Most commonly used parts in stock, next day orders from assigned depot and expedited special handle process
What is your policy on side work?
Only allowed on personal vehicles on the employees day off.

We are a small and mighty TEAM!

Yes, we offer paid on and offsite brand training along with encouraging option for technician growth and advancement.

We offer in house mentorship. Progress your career while being compensated through Nissan Motor Corp training.
Can you describe your performance review process?
30/60/90 day reviews upon hiring. Our shop operates on open dialog and feedback, with an annual review.
What type of safety training is required?
Pre-employment work place training is required. Shop safety and expectations are established through onboarding on day one. Additional on the job safety training is required per position. Compliance procedures and safety committee ensure all safety measures are being followed throughout each dealership operated by Town Auto Group.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Our Master Level techs are available at all times to help answer questions and provide assistance as needed.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We sponsor local schools, veterans, participate in food drives, and sponsor local sports teams
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Yes, we are involved with the Automotive programs through the Wenatchee valley college and Tech centers.

In person interviews are an interactive conversation designed to ensure that Town Auto Group is the right fit for both the technician and our shop.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Background checks and driver's insurability are checked in the pre-screening process. Applicants are do a drug screening as part of onboarding.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No, our interview process and reference checks are designed to assess technicians skills.
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
2-4 days
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
We average 5 days with the prescreen call back causing the most time hang up.

Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00/year

The Tom Barros, Sr Automotive Scholarship was set up in the name of our founder to support second-year auto tech students at Wenatchee Valley College. Preference is given to current and former employees of Town Auto Group and their children. Giving back and helping the community is just one of the many great things the Town Family is always doing. Helping to do their part in ensuring our next generation is set up for success.
Top Shop Challenge: What are a couple of things you'd like to highlight that happened last month?
February was a very busy month for Town Nissan. We achieved our monthly goal that was set for the service department. We are hiring a new advisor who will start the 3rd week in March.
