What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
18 to 25 techs and 6 to 7 service advisors
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Monday-Friday 7am-6pm. Saturday 7am-4pm. Shifts are 7am to 5pm or 8am to 6pm, but can be flexible within our operating hours.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We maintain all factory special tools, and equipment.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Our Break Room is right off the shop, it has a microwave, refrigerator, and TV.
How many bays does your shop have?

How many repair orders do you average per month?
1300
What is your parts ordering process?
We use Reynolds and Reynolds Advanced service. Techs can submit parts requisitions electronically, or directly at the back parts counter. Customer pay parts are automatically sent when approved directly to the parts department.
What is your policy on side work?
Technicians are permitted to work on their personal vehicles, or those of immediate family in their off time. Must be off the clock, have a repair order opened and signed by the service manager or shop foreman.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
Shop recently updated with full LED overhead lighting providing a bright work environment. Built in tool boxes and roll cart provided.
