14 techs, 5 advisors and a dispatcher between Service and Quick Lane.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
7:00a-6:00p Monday thru Friday. Saturdays 7:00a-3:00p. We offer several different 8 hour shifts. Senior techs do not work Saturdays.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All Ford and Lincoln Special Service Tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Break room with sink, fridge and microwave.

What is your policy on side work?
Technicians can work on their vehicles and those of immediate family members outside of their normal working hours.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes. Ford Factory training. We also work closely with the Matrix Trade Institute.

What type of safety training is required?
Safety training is provided on equipment and processes as needed.

Our students are each given time to work side by side with their mentor while they are in school.

Various Sponsored events.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Yes. Local career centers and community college.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
No we do not.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
In-person interviews are done by our service and parts director or owner. We dive deeper into the candidates resume, what positions they're interested in, career goals, work schedule and conclude with a shop tour.
