Our dealership provides brake lathes, battery chargers, battery testers, and laptops.

Two break rooms, both with refrigerator's, microwaves, table, and chairs

What is your parts ordering process?

Parts ordered daily, overnight orders must be in by 3:00pm

What is your policy on side work?

Side work is not allowed

We provide Factory and ASE trainings when they become available

We work with an outside company for Safety training throughout the year

Apprentice techs work with skilled techs randomly based off work load. Skilled techs can answer questions and help with repairs when time permits

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Ed Martin group works with various groups throughout our local community

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Work with Ivy Tech placing students, as well as many other local high school automotive programs and Lincoln Tech.

No, we prefer in-person interviews

Learning about the applicant, reviewing their goals, experience and explaining the job, our company and expectations.

BMV background checks.

No, skills are assessed through the interview process

C Level Technician Pay Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00/year

Based On Experience

B Level Technician Pay Range: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00/year

Tech bonus per hour after 45hrs, 55hrs, 65hrs and 75hrs.

Service Advisor Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00/year

Commission-based sales off of total sales, customer satisfaction bonus, incentive programs for product contests.

A Level Technician Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00/year

Tech bonus per hour after 45hrs, 55hrs, 65hrs and 75hrs.

Lube Technician Pay Range: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00/year

Bonus structure for overall hours turned as a team.

Student Tech / Apprentice Pay Range: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00/hour
