Our shop is both heated and cooled.

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

Your team will consist of 7-10 technicians with a dedicated Team Lead.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Park Place Lexus Grapevine Shop Hours - M-F: 7:00AM - 6:00PM SAT: 8:00AM - 6:00PM SUN: Closed We operate on a Saturday rotation, where you will work every fourth Saturday per month.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

Our shop provides all special tools from the manufacturer, but our technicians are responsible for their day to day tools.

What type of break room facility is provided?

Park Place provides a premium facility to not just our clients, but our members. We provide two break rooms located on our second floor at each ends of the shop. Each break room is equipped with TV's, refrigerator & freezer, open market self-checkout registers, microwaves, sink, coffee machines, filtered ice and water and more...

How many bays does your shop have?

We have a total of 61 mechanical bays, 2 state inspection bays, and 4 in-ground alignment racks.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

We average 3,500 repair orders per month.

What is your parts ordering process?

Our parts can be ordered multiple ways with our vast Lexus inventory. There is a daily stock order for fast moving parts. Parts that are not in-stock can be special ordered through our additional work request authorization. The parts center is notified by an electronic queue once work is approved. Parts are either delivered by a runner or notified of ETA through messaging.

What is your policy on side work?

No side work is permitted in accordance with our Member Handbook.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

Park Place Lexus Grapevine hosts a clean, well lit, climate controlled shop with satellite radio and tile flooring. We offer parts runners for fast delivery of parts and also house fast moving parts at our location (air filters, oil filters, gaskets and fluids) to aid in productivity.

Today was the big day that our Techs received their annual tech bonus! To celebrate them and their accomplishments, our leadership team brought in breakfast burritos from a local fave in the area and personally thanked each technician when handing them their bonus. We value our techs and appreciate the contributions they provide day in and day out to our Park Place family!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! To show our members how thankful we are to have them in our Park Place family, we hosted a Thanksgiving lunch with all kinds of deliciousness! We had salad, smoked turkey, smoked ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and gravy! And to top it all off, pumpkin pie and pecan pie! Our members gathered around tables to eat together and enjoyed each others company! We are so thankful and appreciative of our Park Place members!
