About Us

We are a family owned and operated business. In October 2007, Battleground Kia came to life. Nine years later in 2016 we expanded into Lexington, NC and acquired M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. In 2018 a new point in Burlington, NC was built and that is now Burlington Kia. We pride ourselves on mentoring and developing our employees to be able to promote within. We reward individuals who are ready to work hard and stay motivated.

M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram provides specialty Mopar tools to help in assisting projects completed in a timely fashion. General tooling is provided by the Technician.

What type of break room facility is provided?

M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram provides a lunch break room complete with a full size fridge, Microwave, Oven and stove. Tables provided for lunch breaks

How many bays does your shop have?

M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram provides 18 stalls with lifts. 23 bays in total

How many repair orders do you average per month?

800-900 Repair Orders per month

What is your parts ordering process?

Each technician diagnosis their own vehicles once approved by customer and service advisor, The technician will order parts over the parts counter.

What is your policy on side work?

Side work is prohibited.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

Oversized shop with many bays and lifts. Continuously trying to provide our employees with a comfortable workspace.

Sick Leave Offered: We offer 1 week of paid time off after one year of continuious employment, 2 weeks of paid time off after three years of continuious employment and 3 weeks of paid time off after five years of continious employment.
Vacation Offered: We offer 1 week of paid time off after one year of continuious employment, 2 weeks of paid time off after three years of continuious employment and 3 weeks of paid time off after five years of continious employment.
Paid Holidays Offered: We have paid holidays. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
ST / LT Disability Offered: We offer group rates for Short Term and Long Term disability.
Life Insurance Offered: As an employee you have a $20,000 policy on yourself paid by the company. We offer group rates for Life Insurance forself, spouse and children.
Uniforms Offered: We provide uniform shirts and require black pants.
Other Offered: -We offer a benefit for our employees to go to Strayer University for FREE! -We will reimburse line technicians for up to $150 towards a pair of work boots. With all the hours of wear and tear on them we want to make sure the techs have a quality pair of boots.
