What is the size of the team I’d be working with?

Two teams of 7.

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Shop hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30am - 5 pm Saturday 8am-4pm Sundays -closed

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

We provide BMW specialty tools only. Technicians will be responsible for providing their own hand tools

What type of break room facility is provided?

We have a break room with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, sink and vending machine.

How many bays does your shop have?

We have 17 bays and 1 alignment machine.

How many repair orders do you average per month?

850

What is your parts ordering process?

Parts are either ordered overnight or stock order which usually takes 2-3 days to get.

What is your policy on side work?

No side work is to be performed at dealership.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

We are have a work / life balance. Also have an open door policy about anything. We believe in a good work environment.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

We reimburse for all ASE tests that are passed. We have continual BMW training.

We promote within. Team leader position available and able to transfer to other locations as we have have 34 locations.

We evaluate yearly thru production and training.

What type of safety training is required?

We have online safety training classes which you are paid to do.

We have a great group of guys/gals that are willing to help everyone learn.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

We have charity events.

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

We are involved with UTI and the BMW step program. We also visit the local college.

We do not phone screen applicants.

We look for someone to fit our team.
