This is what our shop is all about. I walked up on these techs holding their own training session. This was not staged nor was it directed by the shop foreman. They just care about getting it right and this is what we are all about. People taking responsibility to work in a trade and do it right. I work with the best group of people in the business.

So what do you think about when you look at you paycheck? To be honest 99% of thime you are looking at what dollars you have to spend for the week. To be truthful, we all come to work to earn a paycheck. We trypicallly do not come to work to earn benefits. With Clarke, you will get benefits no matter what. The company matches your dollars put into a 401k investment program. So if you do not invest in that program, you are leaving money on the table. Do you really want to throw money out the window? Then talk to me about investing your dollars when you work with us. I am no finanacial advisor, but I can give you a solid reason for investing.
