What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
There is a team of 10 technicians in main shop.

7:30a.m. - 6:00p.m.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We provide the laptop for Toyota vehicles, oem special tools and on car brake lathes.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Have a shop breakroom with vending machines and peaceful area to rest.

What is your parts ordering process?
Parts orders are put in by 3pm for next day delivery.

We don not currently have a policy on side work

We offer o.e.m. factory training and on job training.

Onboard safety training for shop rules and regulations.

Veteran technicians oversee and help build confidence, knowledge, and skills with our less experience technicians.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Work locally with the community college.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Work with the local schools to tour and intern in our shop.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
No, we do not phone screen applicants.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Completing paper application and learning about the applicant.

Yes, we perform all of these.
