What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
8am to 6pm Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm Saturdays Service Advisors work M-F and 1 Saturday per month, with the following Friday off when working a Saturday. Technicians work 8-5 M-F and 1 5-6p shift in a 10-day rotation. Technicians work 1 Saturday per month. Support Staff work a 40-hour work week with pre-scheduled hours.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Ferrari & Maserati specialty tools and computers provided. Technicians provide their own toolbox and tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
In shop break room with tables, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine provided.
How many bays does your shop have?
The shop currently has 18 lifts one alignment machine and several flat bays.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Between Ferrari and Maserati, we average approximately 350 repair orders per month.
What is your parts ordering process?
Technicians utilize an internal messaging system to request parts from the parts department. In stock parts are delivered to the technician per request Parts that have to be ordered are communicated back to the technician and advisor with estimated time of arrival.
What is your policy on side work?
No side work is allowed at any time.
