Support Staff
We are always looking for the right candidate to join our team!
- You must have a clean MVR with no accidents or speeding tickets in the last 5 years. No exceptions.
- You must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
- 40-hour flexible schedule work week
- Here is an overview of support staff responsibilities on a daily basis:
- Locate vehicles as needed for advisors and technicians
- Oil / Coolant containers kept empty
- Remove trash from work area and empty trash cans
- Return warranty parts to the parts department
- Detailed cleaning of work area
- Client Satisfaction at all times
- Communicate with Service Director at all times – timely response to texts
- Assist in assigned client rides, vehicle pick up / delivery
- Loan Cars / Shuttle fueling and cleaning
- Shop Bathrooms – floors, walls, mirrors, checked / cleaned every 2 hours
- Older vehicles moved upstairs in a timely manner
- Shop break room cleaned
- Special Tool room clean and organized at all times
- Wurth cabinets weekly stock inventoried and monitored
- Dumpster Area clear of all items at all times
- Service Drive windows, floors, corners, and doors kept clean at all times
