What type of safety training is required?
The dealership provides required safety training including Lift Safety, OSHA compliance, and Eyewear Protection through KPA to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Entry-level technicians are paired with experienced master technicians for hands-on training through a rotating mentorship program.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Our shop actively participates in the community through events like our annual car show, partnerships with the local vocational school, and collaboration with Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC).
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
The dealership hosts internships for students from the local vocational school and actively participates in job fairs at Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC).

We’re open to hiring entry-level technicians and providing the training needed to reach master-level status, as long as they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.

A Level
Pay Range: $35.00 - $50.00/hour
Technician pay is based on experience, with a competitive range offered. BMW experience is a plus but not mandatory.
B Level
Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/hour

C Level
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hour
Technician pay is based on experience, with a competitive range offered. BMW experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Entry Level
Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00/hour

- Health Insurance Offered
- Health insurance through Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield is available after 90 days of employment. If you choose to enroll, the dealership will cover the full cost of Guardian dental, vision, and life insurance.

- Full-time employees begin to accrue Paid Vacation time beginning with the first anniversary of their date of employment. Employees earn 5 paid vacation days after completing 1 year of employment. After 3 years, they receive 10 paid vacation days. Beyond 3 years, vacation accrues at an additional day per year, up to a maximum of 15 days.
