A Level - Master Technician
BMW of Bridgewater is seeking a skilled and passionate BMW Master Technician to join our high-performing team. As a Master Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional quality and precision our customers expect from the BMW brand. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of BMW vehicles using factory tools, cutting-edge technology, and your deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on BMW vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Lead the diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical, engine, drivetrain, and mechanical systems using ISTA and BMW factory tools.
Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure high-quality repairs and efficient workflow.
Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices.
Stay current with BMW technical training and certifications, including required STEP or Master Tech courses.
Maintain an organized and safe workspace aligned with dealership and OSHA standards.
Accurately document all work performed and complete repair orders in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
BMW Master Technician Certification required (or STEP Graduate with significant dealership experience).
5+ years of experience as a BMW Technician in a dealership setting.
Strong knowledge of BMW diagnostic systems, tools, and software (ISTA, KSD, AIR, etc.).
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
ASE Certifications preferred but not required.
