B Level - Mid Level Technician
BMW of Bridgewater is actively seeking a Class B Automotive Technician to join our high-performing service team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated mid-level tech to work in a clean, modern facility alongside Master Technicians and service professionals who are passionate about the BMW brand. What You'll Do:
Perform routine maintenance and mid-level repair work on BMW and other vehicles (brakes, alignments, suspension, fluid services, etc.).
Conduct multi-point inspections and support diagnostic efforts on drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues.
Accurately complete repair orders and timekeeping using dealership systems.
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and teammates to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Maintain shop cleanliness, safety standards, and proper use of tools and equipment.
Support and learn from Master Techs while continuing your own development through BMW training modules.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in an automotive repair facility (BMW experience a plus).
Working knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to complete BMW training and pursue ASE certifications.
