Top Shop Challenge: What are a couple of things you'd like to highlight that happened last month?
The month of November was very busy as we hurdled towards the holiday season! We had one of our biggest employee New Hire Lunches where our new team members can get to know their managers, we sponsored The Calhoun Black & White affair where we had one of our team members speak, we had our 1st annual Ford Upfit Expo, and we had Madison County Tech School visit to learn about the future in automotive. We had so much happen that we can't possibly fit it all into one post!

"The Quick Lane service was awesome. Initially, I was under the impression that I needed to scan the QR code to check-in, but someone came out and told me it was not necessary. She directed me to Karina, who is absolutely awesome. I was able to get in despite not having an appointment with a reasonable wait. Karina also scheduled a mobile service for a recall. She inquired about other issues from the past to see how they were going. It is clear that she cares about every customer and strives for being the best."
