Our shop is heated and air conditioned.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
Tech teams consist of 1 Team Captain, 5-6 Team Members, 1 Advisor, 1 Parts Counter Associate, and 1 Runner.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Our shop is open 7am-6pm Monday to Friday and 7am-3pm on Saturdays. We're closed on Sundays. Technicians rotate Saturdays and either a morning or afternoon shift.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All specialty tools are provided alongside brake, alignment and tire equipment.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have two break rooms equipped with vending machines, pizza ovens, microwaves and refrigerators.
How many bays does your shop have?
22 bays and an alignment rack.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We average around 1,000 ROs per month.
What is your parts ordering process?
Our Parts Department orders necessary parts through General Motors' ordering system.
What is your policy on side work?
Any work being done at the dealership, even if it is zero cost, must have an open repair order for insurance reasons.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We're a team focused environment and our Team Captains are dedicated to ensuring work is distributed evenly.
