Monday- Friday 7:00am-6:00pm Saturday- 8:00am-5:00pm
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Specialty tools that Subaru requires for certain jobs
What type of break room facility is provided?
We provide a break room in the shop, but most techs eat in their bays

21 bays
How many repair orders do you average per month?

What is your parts ordering process?
Techs let parts associate know what's needed. They will do this all online through X Time. Advisors sell what is needed and then let parts know what to order.
What is your policy on side work?
Check with managers before any side work done
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We do provide training when available. We will send technicians out for trainings, or online trainings if the technician is interested
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We're always looking to promote from within as a company. We can help put technicians on a career path to achieve their goals. This includes as a tech, or even possible management positions

No formal review process at this time
What type of safety training is required?
Basic safety training
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Master technicians will help training apprentices. Master techs will be compensated for their time. They will be available for questions, and side-by-side work when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We participate in several charities, especially the Humane Society
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Not at this time.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
No, we prefer to do in-person interviews
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Discussion includes the candidate's background, work history, skill set, career goals, and getting to know them as a person
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
No. We do check driving records to make sure the candidate is insurable
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No. Skill assessment is done through the interview process
