C Level Technician Pay Range: $62,500.00 - $97,500.00/year ($30.05 - $46.88/hr)

A Level Technician Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00/year ($57.69 - $105.77/hr)

$36-$44/hr Flat Rate---- 6500 total shop hours for May 2023---- 6500 total shop hours for June 2023---- Efficiency Bonus---- Various monthly bonus---- $58-$105/hr after flagged hours and efficiency bonus----

Lube Technician Pay Range: $41,600.00 - $63,000.00/year ($20.00 - $30.29/hr)

$20.00/hr to start PLUS---- Team Bonus Averaging $100-$150 per person per week---- $50 spiff for every 25 sold recommendations $100-$150 per person per week---- Overtime = Time + 1/2---- $22-$26/hr after team bonus and spiffs----
