We perform background checks, drug screening (not to include marijuana) and check driving records.

A Level Technician
A Level Technicians are highly skilled technicians that have strengths in their diagnostic and mechanical ability. This level of technician typically has many years of experience and education. We view an A Level Technician as the highest skilled technician in a shop
Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000/year

Efficiency Bonus. Various monthly bonus

B Level Technician
B Level Technicians are skilled in mechanical repair and, while not their specialty, have some diagnostic skills. B Level Technicians generally have a fair amount of experience and can be trusted to handle most repairs.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000/year

Efficiency Bonus. Various monthly bonus

C Level Technician
C Level Technicians are more of entry level technicians. C Level Technicians’ responsibilities typically include basic maintenance, alignments, brake and suspension work, along with other base level repairs.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $75,000/year

Efficiency Bonus. Various monthly bonus

Lube Technician
Lube Technicians are entry level technicians that focus on routine maintenance such as oil changes, changing tires, and inspections.
Pay Range: $35,000 - $40,000/year

Efficiency Bonus. Various monthly bonus

Service Advisor
Service Advisors are primarily customer focused and, as one of the faces of the shop, they are critical in keeping customers happy. Service Advisors are frequently focused on taking customer calls, relaying information to technicians, and selling repair jobs. Both technical and sales experience are helpful for this position.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000/year

Top Shop Challenge: Let's highlight some amazing service advisors. Pick one or two of your service advisors to highlight.

Micah Trainer – Micah has been working with Toyota of Seattle as a valet for over a year and was promoted to an express advisor position a little over a month ago. We always look to promote from within, and Micah was a great candidate and showed excellent drive in the valet position. So far, his attention to detail and willingness to learn is putting him on the road to success! Congratulations on the promotion, Micah! Mike Merino – Mike worked for us before the pandemic as a shuttle driver before being promoted into the shuttle coordinator position. He reached out to us and showed interest in coming back in an advising position, and we were quick to say… β€œYES!”. Mike is wonderful as a co-worker, endlessly funny, and passionate about service. So far, even just a month in, Mike is thriving in his new position with Toyota of Seattle! Daniel Stephenson – Daniel is new to Toyota of Seattle, but we could tell instantly that he would be a great asset to our team.
