How does your shop get involved with the local community?

At Toyota of Seattle, we love to give back. Through sponsorships and donations, we give to people of all ages - from Seattle Schools that educates Seattle's future work force, to Senior Services that cares for those in their golden years. Each year, we collect food and funds to feed the hungry of the Puget Sound region. A large part of our philanthropic budget is given to the uncompensated care program at Harborview Medical Center. As a family-owned business since 1992, we recognize that it's the support from you, our community, that has allowed us to grow. Your faithful support has enabled us to continue our charitable giving. Service Advisor Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00/year ($24.04 - $72.12/hr)

Express ASM Pay Plan = $23 - $33/hr (Includes base pay plus spiffs)---- ASM Pay Plan = $70,000-$150,000 per year----

B Level Technician Pay Range: $93,500.00 - $160,000.00/year ($44.95 - $76.92/hr)

$31-$36/hr Flat Rate 6500 total shop hours for May 2023---- 6500 total shop hours for June 2023---- Efficiency Bonus---- Various monthly bonus---- $46-$76hr after flagged hours and efficiency bonus----

C Level Technician Pay Range: $62,500.00 - $97,500.00/year ($30.05 - $46.88/hr)

$27-$31/hr Flat Rate 6500 total shop hours for May 2023---- 6500 total shop hours for June 2023---- Efficiency Bonus---- Various monthly bonus---- $31.50-$47/hr after flagged hours and efficiency bonus----

A Level Technician Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00/year ($57.69 - $105.77/hr)

$36-$44/hr Flat Rate---- 6500 total shop hours for May 2023---- 6500 total shop hours for June 2023---- Efficiency Bonus---- Various monthly bonus---- $58-$105/hr after flagged hours and efficiency bonus----

Lube Technician Pay Range: $41,600.00 - $63,000.00/year ($20.00 - $30.29/hr)

$20.00/hr to start PLUS---- Team Bonus Averaging $100-$150 per person per week---- $50 spiff for every 25 sold recommendations $100-$150 per person per week---- Overtime = Time + 1/2---- $22-$26/hr after team bonus and spiffs----

Health Insurance Offered: We have a excellent medical insurance package after 60 days of employment. Employees have options for spouse and family also. Open enrollment is yearly on May 1st.
Dental Insurance Offered: We have a excellent dental insurance package after 60 days of employment. Employees have options for spouse and family also. Open enrollment is yearly in May 1st.
Vision Insurance Offered: Vision is included in our medical insurance package.
Retirement Plan Offered: After 6 months you qualify for our 401K program
Sick Leave Offered: We offer PSST for your first year, and PTO on your first year anniversary
Vacation Offered: We offer PSST for your first year, and PTO on your first year anniversary
Paid Holidays Offered: We have paid holidays after you work 30 days, all major holidays included
ST / LT Disability Offered: We offer short term and long term disability after 60 days of employment
Life Insurance Offered: Company pays for employee life insurance of 25,000 after 60 days of employment
Uniforms Offered: Company provides uniforms for our service, parts, and detail teams
