All essential diagnostic computers and Subaru required tools. Technicians will need to provide their own hand tools

2 Air conditioned break rooms with fridge, table, chairs, and microwave
How many bays does your shop have?
15 bays with lifts and an alignment machines
How many repair orders do you average per month?
1,100
What is your parts ordering process?
Special orders are placed upon necessity, and we have a daily stock order
What is your policy on side work?
No side work permitted
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We offer full factory training through Subaru of New England at the cost of the dealership

Full opportunity to grow from Entry level to ASE senior master technician. Technicians will be put on a career path that they choose to fulfill their career goals
Can you describe your performance review process?
We offer a self-review process, where we have the employee have a chance to grade themselves and then meet with the management team together to review their's and the managers' review as well
What type of safety training is required?
We offer safety training through the NHADA programs
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We have many techs with over 15 years of experience who help mentor entry-level technicians. They will be available to answer questions and help with repairs as time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
The Fenton Family of Dealerships is full involved into our local community
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We work with many technical and vocational schools to help mentor students
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Most of the time, yes, but email also works prior to the first in-person interview
What do your in-person interviews entail?
We want to review skills for the position to ensure proper placement. Discussion includes experience, certifications, and skill set
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Drug screenings for all new hires to Subaru of Keene
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No formal skill assessment. Assessment is done through the interview process

Pay Range: $32,000.00 - $120,000.00/year
($15.38 - $57.69/hr)
We offer full flat-rate positions as well as entry-level hourly positions. Pay will be based on certifications and skill set
