Technicians enjoy either a 4-day or 5-day workweek based on their preference.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Scan tools and diagnostic equipment. Special service tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Employees have the option to use a comfortable breakroom stocked with refrigerator, vending machines and small kitchen appliances to cook/reheat food.
How many bays does your shop have?
32 bay and 2 alignment racks
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We service between 120 to 160 cars per day.
What is your parts ordering process?
Parts are ordered and received the next day other than Sunday and Mondays.
What is your policy on side work?
Employees are permitted to have outside employment providing it doesn't create a conflict of interest or interfere with performance at Savannah Toyota.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

Yes, Technicians are all eligible to attend company-paid training sessions to earn certifications and progress in both aptitude and compensation.

Annual performance reviews along with regular check-ins on performance.

Annual online and in-person training.

Senior Techs provide hands-on training and assist newer Techs with a roadmap to success.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Free Fido Fest - pet adoption event, Local Heroes program that provides discounts for first-responders, military, and law enforcement, and many others.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Yes.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?

Sit-down meeting with the Service Director and sometimes a Senior Technician.

No, skill assessment is done through the interview process
