Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
Our shop is heated and well ventilated. There is no AC but very mild climate in North Idaho.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
Our teams are all set up to have 3-4 technicians on them, each work with their own service advisor.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Our service department is open 7 days a week, with Express Maintenance only on Sundays. Our technicians work a rotating 4-10 schedule.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Parker proves all Toyota special service tools, tire machines, mount and balancers, break lays, flushing machines, fuel coolant transmissions, welders, alignment racks, and many others! Service Technicians are expected to have their own hand tools
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have a climate controlled break room with fridges, vending machines and TV.
How many bays does your shop have?
Our shop has 28 bays with 2 alignment racks.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We average 5500 repair orders a month.
What is your parts ordering process?
Parts are typically in stock; Special order parts upon repair.
What is your policy on side work?
We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
