Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
We have a beautiful new shop with two heat sources and large ceiling fans that keep your work environment comfortable all year.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
The team consists of 8 + technicians, 2 parts professionals, 3 service advisors, a service manager, and a parts manager.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
We are open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We offer several shift options to meet your schedule.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We have a large selection of specialty tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have a great break room plus outdoor seating for nice days.
How many bays does your shop have?
We have 12 bays including an alignment rack on a large drive-on hoist
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We service customer pay, warranty, and fleet accounts that total around 400 per month.
What is your parts ordering process?
All of our repair orders are handled thru a shared software program.
What is your policy on side work?
This can be discussed on a case by case basis- but is limited to family vehicles.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We offer a clean shop with specialty tools plus a supportive team of technicians and managers. We also service a huge breakfast Friday mornings.
