Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
Our shop is fully climate controlled with heat and air conditioning.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
Our team consists of four mainline technicians, one working shop foreman, two shop assistants, one parts counterman, one parts manager, one service advisor, and one service manager. (11 service teammates)
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Our shop is open 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday and from 10:00am-3:00pm on Saturdays. Technicians work open to close Monday thru Friday and rotate every third Saturday.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We provide factory Lamborghini and Pagani diagnostic scan tools, an Autel scanner for maintenance reminder resets and light diagnosis (for brands other than Lamborghini and Pagani), manufacturer special repair tools, tire machines for mounting and balancing, VAS approved Hunter alignment rack, and ADAS calibration boards.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Our break room is equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave, convection oven, and large conference table.
How many bays does your shop have?

How many repair orders do you average per month?
Our shop averages 165 repair orders a month.
What is your parts ordering process?
We keep many common use parts in stock such as tires, fluids, and other maintenance items used routinely. Special order parts are ordered directly from the factory in Italy and typically arrive within two weeks' time.
What is your policy on side work?
Technicians are allowed to work on their personal vehicles or those of friends and family as long as it is outside of shop operating hours, or during their unassigned Saturday with permission of the service manager, and a repair order on the vehicle.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We offer Lamborghini and Pagani factory training and also have a strong relationship with NCM for other continued education opportunities.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
As we continue to sell more new and pre-owned vehicles year over year and capture new clients, our demand to service these vehicles will only increase thus allowing growth in all areas throughout the dealership.
Can you describe your performance review process?
Service manager conducts a one on review with technicians at the beginning of every month to go over the highlights from the previous month, and to set expectations for the new month, as well as inquire about what assistance can be provided to help reach shop goals and remove obstacles.
What type of safety training is required?
We partner with KPA to provide OSHA required training that is available to complete upon hire.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Since Lamborghini technicians do not grow on trees, we grow them from within. Our knowledgeable and skilled shop foreman is always willing to assist when bringing on an apprentice or someone new to the brand.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Lamborghini Dallas enjoys participating in local car meets throughout the year as well as sponsoring and hosting toy drives during the holidays.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We are on the advisory board for Collin College Technical Campus.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Not typically.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
An interview entails a sit down with the service manager to discuss skill set, experience, expectations, mindset, and a meeting with the store GM or GSM.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
All applicants must pass a background and drug test, as well as have a clean driving record.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No, just verbal interview of skill sets.
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
2 weeks or less in most cases.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
One to two weeks.
A Level Technician
Pay Range: $28.00 - $42.00/hour
Technicians are offered a 90 day guarantee, then moved to a commission/flag hour structure after words.
B Level Technician
Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00/hour
Technicians are offered a 90 day guarantee, then moved to a commission/flag hour structure after words.
