What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Shop Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, overtime can become available, and Saturday is by appointment only Mobile Tech: 27/4 (Except Christmas)
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We provide all major equipment, and diagnostics tools. Technicians will need to provide their own hand tools
What type of break room facility is provided?
TV, Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table, chairs, drinks, snacks, popcorn maker
How many bays does your shop have?

How many repair orders do you average per month?
700-800
What is your parts ordering process?
We use the Fullbay program. Our parts department will order the parts needed, and mobile techs can call in for a purchase order to get parts needed immediately

No side work
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We have a pond for fishing!
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We offer several opportunities including DOT certs, SCA for mobile, training classes with vendors, all paid for by us as long as tech is here for over a year. Techs can also sign up for individual classes as well that will be covered by us

Were always willing to promote within. We're going fast so there's always opportunities available. We will put techs on a career path that suits their needs and professional goals
Can you describe your performance review process?
We do 90 day reviews and yearly reviews. Reviews include self evaluation, supervisor evaluation, and what the company and employee can do to improve
What type of safety training is required?
Yes
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Experienced techs will work with junior techs. They will be available for questions, and work side-by-side when time permits
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We participate in local sponsorships like local rec sporting teams, and school teams
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We're currently working on getting involved with local schools in our area

We're always looking to hire good technicians that fit our team's culture
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Pre-screen done in advance. Discussion will include things like culture, abilities, and general questions from the candidate
What do your in-person interviews entail?
These interviews are completed by the owner or direct supervisor. We give a shop tour, get to know the candidate, discuss their skills sets, and career goals
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
We run background checks, drug screens, and DVR

Skill assessment is done during the interview process

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00/year
Road Service: Commission based, grace period during training, % of billable labor, experience will decide rate Shop: Hourly pay
Tech 2
Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00/year
Road Service: Commission based, grace period during training, % of billable labor, experience will decide rate Shop: Hourly pay
Tech 3
Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00/year
Road Service: Commission based, grace period during training, % of billable labor, experience will decide rate Shop: Hourly pay
