Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
The shop is heated, but not air-conditioned. Our techs have multiple fans to help with heat in the summer
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
At full staff, we run about 12 QL techs, 3 QL advisors, 3 mainline advisors, 12 main shop techs
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Shop hours are 7:00am-6:00pm Monday- Friday Sat Quick Lane is open 7:00am-3:00pm
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Quick Lane has all tools provided, mainline shop provides manufacturer-specific equipment
What type of break room facility is provided?
The shop has a fully equipped break room with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and TV
How many bays does your shop have?
We have 25 bays and 1 alignment rack
How many repair orders do you average per month?

What is your parts ordering process?
Parts ordering can be done directly through a parts advisor or through CDK. Parts will be received as soon as possible for technicians to complete repairs
What is your policy on side work?
We do not allow side work to be done on site as it is an insurance issue.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We have many senior master technicians and love to grow techs within. We strive for a family-like environment and have a very high retention rate
