Yes, We will have a brief phone conversation before setting up an interview.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
When brought in for an in-person interview, prospective candidates will talk directly with the shop manager and/or the owner. We have all candidates fill out a current application as well as a technician tier sheet breaking down their skills. After the interview, there is a tour of the facilities.

We do not require drug screening and our background checks entail calling references and running a search on CCAP. We do personality tests as well.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
We have curated a ‘technician tier sheet’ breaking down an individual's skill set. This packet shows us what each technician is capable of doing at the time of hire so we can better schedule repairs in the shop.
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
Once the in-person interview is completed you will hear back from us within 1-2 business days. It's also possible we would offer the job during the in-person hiring process.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
