What do your in-person interviews entail?
We have introductions of course and an open 2 way dialogue. We'd like to hear about your qualifications and career goals. We'd like to share how DHL might play a role in these plans. We'd walk the shop to get a feel of the atmosphere and take a look at the equipment that one might potentially be working on. The idea is to have all the information we could possibly share available to a candidate.
